Sonido is the newest earring in the Carolina Tassel Collection. This summer statement earring is handmade with raw silk and polymer clay. Our silk is produced in Oaxaca then sent to Carolina Sanches in San Cristobal de las Casas, where she makes the tassels. We design, assemble and make the clay pieces in our studio in Berkeley, CA. This earring is extremely lightweight. Raw silk has an intended irregular appearance. Sonido Natural comes in two different colors of clay, sand or olive.
